How do I pay my monthly HOA dues?

How do I inform Security who will be in my condo?

If you are simply arranging for a parking pass and telling security about a guest, you can fill out and submit our Parking Pass/Occupancy Notification form. If you are needing to have security release a key to someone, you will have to fill out and submit a Key Release Form. Both forms can be found on our Forms & Documents page and have instructions for submitting them as part of the form.


Do I need to do anything before I have a contractor come in to perform work on my unit?

Yes! Per the bylaws, any contractor working on any unit in the complex needs to have a signed Contractor Guidelines agreement on file with the HOA. This can be found on our Forms & Documents page and must be returned in person or physically mailed to the HOA office or HOA designated representative. No work should begin before this form is on file with the HOA.


How do I give permission to release a key to my condo to someone else?

If you are needing to have security release a key to someone, you will have to fill out and submit a Key Release Form. This can be found on our Forms & Documents page and has instructions for submitting it as part of the form.


How can I send a suggestion to the HOA board? Where do I report problems with the website?

Go to our Contact HOA section, fill out the online form and hit the email button. The suggestion will be routed to the appropriate persons.


How do I update my contact information with the HOA?

In order to create or update your contact information you will have to fill out and submit a Contact Information Change Form. This can be found on our Forms & Documents page and has instructions for submitting it as part of the form.


Where can I find information to satisfy the mortgage company's annual request for insurance certificates?

Do you have a channel listing for basic cable in our building?

Where can I find the gate and security codes listed to save for myself or give to my guests?

We apologize, but due to security concerns we no longer publish the gate codes openly on the internet. If you would like a copy of the current gate codes, please contact the HOA using the contact form here and we will be happy to verify your identity then email you the codes.
