Just a reminder that the HOA will be implementing and enforcing a new wristband system on 9/01/2020.
As guests check in with the guard and obtain a parking permit, they will be given wristbands for their stay. The wristbands will correspond to the number of allowable guests per unit. One bedroom units are allowed the maximum of six (6) guests, and two bedroom units are allowed a maximum of eight (8) guests.

Currently, no short-term rentals (including hotels and RVs are allowed in Galveston under 30 days and the beaches remain closed.
